How many people are considered a group?
Six or more people receiving any service(s) are considered a group.
Are there other fees besides services?
There MAY be a salon rental fee if you require us to close during the time of your event. Your event coordinator will discuss all of your options with you.
Is a deposit required?
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to hold an event date. Once the event date is booked we required a 50% (less the $100) non refundable deposit 2 weeks prior to the event date. A signed contract confirming the event cost and cancellation policy is also required.
What is the group cancellation policy?
Cancellation can be made 1 week prior to the scheduled event. If the event is canceled, before seven business days, the deposit will be returned less the $100). Missed appointment time and any no-shows will be charged the full service price to the credit card used to secure event.
Can we bring in our food and beverages?
Outside food and beverages are permitted if the salon is closed for your event, and a salon rental fee is paid.
How do I book my party?
Please call us at 312-583-9903 with spa party in the subject. Include your proposed date, number of guest, and cell phone number, and a salon coordinator will contact you within 24 hours.
